Don was a great ambassador for the company. He provided an excellent consultation, took the time to answer all of our questions, and offered thoughtful suggestions based on our specific needs. His design for the fence was well planned and focused on what mattered most to us—keeping our grandchildren safe around the pool and spa area. The pricing was also very competitive and represented excellent value. Rual did an amazing job with the installation. He arrived exactly as scheduled, reviewed the agreed-upon plan with us, and even suggested a couple of minor improvements that enhanced the final installation. His workmanship was exceptional, and it was clear that he takes great pride in his work. Rual completed the installation within 30 minutes of the time he had estimated, which was impressive. He also took the time to thoroughly explain the gate security features, fence operation, and maintenance requirements, ensuring we were comfortable with everything before he left.
